Its not the first time when I have ordered through excitinglives and each time I had ordered a product I feel its excellent, be it the personalized newspaper, mug, pendants, keychains, phone cover. We have just loved the products we have received. Till date I have ordered 12 personalized keychains as anyone at my workplace who sees my keychain, they ask me to order it for them too. It seems like Photo is not printed well, I can see some of the white spots on the corners of the cover, which does not look nice. Though I have checked those spots were not present in the original photo which I uploaded.

Very laidback attitude in making the order delayedfor delivery. Although no complaints on condition of delivery but time taken to deliver was pathetic. When you say maximum time is 5 days and you deliver in 8-9 days thta is too bad. Very unhappy.
