1. Pic should not be printed on whole mug. I clearly stated that picture should be visible on 3/4 filled mug(I mailed exciting lives for help in designing). Now If I do not fill full mug, faces are not visible.2. Please do not deliver via DTDC. Their tracking page said it was delivered to some other place at 1:30 PM.(They donot send mail/message with delivery boy number) On contacting dtdc dept they did not tell much. Finally was able to get delivery boy number who said it was not assigned to him. I raised this to both exciting lives and dtdc. I got the package at 8:00 PM(that too without any intimation/ number of delivery boy).I have had very good experience with exciting lives in the past and I would really like to continue ordering if these things are resolved.

More precision can be added while suggesting delivery time to the customers. For e.g., I was expecting it to be 5 days, as it was mentioned (as the maximum delivery time). Had I known it would be delivered in 2 days, I might have suggested a different address. But overall, the product and the quick delivery are appreciable.

I have 2 complaints...firstly d pic is faintly visible even before anything hot is poured in it, thereby spoiling the 'magic' element. If it was so I could have purchased a personalised mug which is available at a cheaper rate. Secondly,even on pouring a hot liquid the pic is not becoming that clear. Is it because the product I got is defective? Since it was a gift, I can't exchange it also. Although I am amazed at the prompt delivery of the product, dissapointed with it's quality.

actually the product was very good and i am very happy with it but as i have to gift this to someone i opted for a gift packing and it was not packed as a gift it was just a simple courier....i am not happy with this if it is mentioned that you guys will do gift pack than you have to do so...what if i have directly sent this to the birthday person it convert such a wonderful gift in a normal courier you must deliver the product as it is required after all this also make sense if you have made an option online for this thanks. EL::: Sorry but we are unable to gift wrap mugs because of the safety breakage-prevention packing involved. As indicated along with the option for gift-wrap - gift-wrapping will surely be done wherever it is possible! Cheers!

The product is awesome. Just if the mug size was a bit smaller (size of regular cup, it would be much more usable). But its a good Gift nevertheless. The packaging was a letdown. The product was moist and water inside when it was delivered to me. A simple plastic wrap could have prevented the soaking. I had to open the package in front of the courier person to verify if the product was not damaged. The delivery person was reluctant to deliver it to my home address (as on package). they pestered me to collect it from a nearby area for almost 2 days. Even after that the person switched off the phone and i was almost sure that the package would not be delivered yesterday. but after lot of complaining, He finally delivered to home as if it was a favour. I had never faced such issue with FIRST FLIGHT courier delivered Via kothrud office but this time the delivery was a nightmare.

The quality of teh magic mug I have ordered is very good. But it took 10 days to deliver it to me. In this website it is telling that all the things will be delivered within 5 days. But for me it was disappointing. I have called the customercare for more than 3 times. Actually, the problem was with the First Flight Couriers. The product arrived at their Hub 2 days after I ordered. But the couriers didnt unloaded and delivered teh product. I tried to call the courier company.But they were not attending the call and also were not responding to my mails.
