As a customer, I am unhappy with your shipping services but satisfied with what was finally delivered. It was my dad's 60th bday and I had ordered a custom newspaper announcing his bday. Aim was to surprise him on his bdate when he reads the real newspaper, but that could not be done. However, my dad got very emotional when he received the gift after two days, only coz of the product's great quality and content. I am happy I chose this but still feel I did not get my money's worth because the product arrived so late and after a lot of hassles.

Please stop using dtdc for your courier needs. They are one the worsts out there. Never had pleasing experience with them. Rest depens on your thinking. But for me quick delivery is priority and the time dtdc normally takes is way below industry standards.

Excellent job!!!! But after looking at the rest of the articles I felt el could set up a default "necessary stuff for a complete article and photo" feature or "tips" for the same. I am saying this because after publication I realized we did not add 2 initials that could serve as a sign off at the end of the article. Not had I added the name of the photographer in the photo.It could be included while uploading the article.

The items that you provide under personalised section is awesome. my suggestion would be, if you could provide us snap shot of the personalised product once it is done would be gr8. At times we make order for some one at some destination, so it feels happy wen we see the product bfore it is delivered. now, it becomes a surprise for the ordered person as we are not able to see it until the receiver sends some photo of it.

the product is really good as such, a nice thing to keep as remembrance, but i feel instead of giving two glossy poster type sheets, you should give one of this and one news print of whole front sheet of newspaper(i.e. front and back page both) that can be folded around a real newspaper to surprise the receiver ( that's how i thought of using this product but i couldn't).
