Hi, Thanks for the product delivery. However, the only concern here was that the courier guy collected the invoice amount at the time of delivery in my absence. However, on complaining this to the executive who attended my call, he emphatized for the same and esured me that he will have the amount refunded at the earliest which I got the same day evening. Thanks a lot to him and im glad exciting lives have such responsible people who thrive for customer satisfaction. I cant recall his name but you can surely find out on systems and please convey this appreciation to him. Thanks once again :-)
