How do I make a payment for a excitingLives purchase?
We offer multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking, COD (for some products) and most wallets. For all payment options mentioned here the process is the same - you will need to order online and on the payment page choose the respective payment method.

What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) is an alternate method of purchasing from us. Using COD you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance. COD is available for most products and is indicated next to the name of covered products. Some products may not be covered under COD.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase (GST, duties)?
There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.

Is shopping on safe?
All your online transactions are completely safe. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.
What are the delivery charges?
No delivery charges are levied for orders up to Rs.1000. For orders below this value a shipping charge of Rs.59 is levied.

What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time for each product is mentioned on the product page and depends on your pincode. In cases of remote locations the delivery could take longer.

I need stuff very fast, what do I do?
Contact us and we'll try and work something out for you.

Will the delivery happen on the exact date I require
If you have chosen EXPRESS shipping you will get your order on the exact date you selected.

For all other shipments through courier they will be delivered on or just before the required delivery date. Note that this is subject to the delivery time mentioned on each product page. All courier shipments are done through reputed courier companies and you will be provided with tracking numbers for the same.

What cities do you deliver in?
We deliver products to all addresses in India. Some items may be restricted to certain cities - for example a 'spa experience' may only be available in Bangalore and this will be mentioned clearly in the product description page.

Do you deliver outside India?
Most products can be delivered worldwide. Each product page mentions this below the price. We will not deliver flowers, wine, glass items, posters to addresses outside India. Please write to us for specific queries. Customs duty or other taxes if any levied by the country of the consignee are charged to the consignee and may be required to be paid at the time of delivery. We do not provide a guaranteed delivery time for international shipments.

How do I track my order?
We will provide you with complete shipping information for your order. You can login to your account to see the exact status.
What is the Replacement Guarantee?
All products are covered under our 10 Day Replacement Guarantee. If you receive a defective or damaged product notify us within 10 days from the date of delivery, and we will address the issue immediately at no extra cost.

In order to get a defective item replaced:
» Contact Customer Care within 10 days from the date of delivery
» Depending on the product involved a replacement or store credit will be provided

The following are not covered under 10-day replacement:
» Any product that you do not need but the original packing or seal has been opened
» Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables etc
» Any electronics with tampered serial numbers
» Gift vouchers such as Taj Hotels, Lifestyle etc, jewellery, undergarments, watches

I don't want a product and want to return it.
Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact. This facility is availble for 10 days after delivery of a product.

Personalised products, gift vouchers such as Taj Hotels, jewellery, undergarments, watches cannot be returned.

How do I cancel an order?
If the product has not been shipped please Contact Us for cancellation and a refund. If the product has been shipped or designed (for personalised products) we are unable to cancel orders.

Are electronics purchased online covered by warranty?
All Electronics sold on come with warranties and will be repaired, replaced as per the manufacturer's warranty terms.

How do I extend or exchange an experience gift pack ordered on
All experience packs can be exchanged at any time during the validity of the gift. Please contact us within the validity for this. We are unable to exchange expired gift packs.

How do I extend the validity of gift vouchers?
We are unable to extend the validity of gift vouchers issued by third-parties such as Taj Hotels, Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop and others.
