The order was delivered ahead of time, which ruined the surprise I had planned for my parents. Initially, you were unsure of delivery on the 8th, but the order reached in just 2 days. The photos were framed nicely by the team. But, disappointed by the delivery.

Here are the winning points:(1) The magnets were delivered within 1 day(2) They were in perfect shape - the rubber and printing quality was flawless(3) I had cropped the photo in the actual 9.5 cm by 9.5 cm size, hence even the rendering was perfect(4) I think the designers at ExcitingLives did some colour correction because the print was better than the original. Highly recommended!

3 of my photographs were not printed properly...also the clock of my previous order that I ordered stopped working in like 2 hours....seriously need to use good quality things and if someone is spending so much amount give them proper service - EL: Hope this issue was resolved to your satisfaction and you are now happy with the product!
