What Gets Delivered To The Recipient?
If you have ordered a 'gift experience' we will deliver a stylish Gift Experience Pack (see sample here) that contains details about the exciting gift, a message from you and all details required to complete it. The gift packs are usually valid for one year so the recipient can use it at their convenience.

You can have this delivered to yourself - enclosed in a plain envelope - so you can gift it personally to the recipient or have it delivered directly to the recipient.

How can I pay for items on the website?
You can use your credit cards, ITZ Cash Card, debit cards, cash deposits, direct money transfer, bank accounts through our 100% safe and secure payment Verisign certified processor. Or use Paypal to pay in other currencies.

When you place your order online, on the payment page you will be provided with all of these options to choose from and further instructions on how to complete your payment.

Yes!

While we do offer 100% safe and secure card transactions - if you wish to pay by cheque, DD, cash or money transfer just place your order online and on the payment page choose the 'CHEQUE / DD / Cash Transfer' option. You will be shown details on how you need to make the cheque or how to complete the cash deposit or transfer. It's quite simple.

What cities do you deliver in?
Most items can be delivered anywhere in India and abroad.

Some items may be restricted to certain cities. For example a 'spa experience' may only be available in Bangalore and this will be mentioned clearly in the product description page. Please choose carefully while buying a 'Gift Experience'.

Will you deliver the item on a date of my choice?
When you place your order we will ask you for your preferred date of delivery.

All flowers, wine, cake and related items are delivered on this exact date.

For items that are delivered by courier we try and meet your delivery date but due to the nature of courier shipments we can only ensure that you get the item on or just before that date.

Do you deliver outside India?
Yes, most items can be delivered outside India at an additional charge. You will need to write to us with the items you want shipped along with the address and we will set it up for you.

What time of the day do you deliver?
All items are delivered during the day-time - between about 10 am and 6 pm. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to deliver at a particular time of your choice although we will attempt to do that if you mention it in your order.

In case of Midnight Delivery orders we deliver at midnight.

Please choose an address where someone will be present to receive the items. Incorrect addresses or locked premises will result in delays to your order.

What Do I Need To Do?
The Gift Pack vouchers are usually valid for three to nine months (please read details in each gift experience for exact validity). If the gift is for an activity the recipient can contact us to schedule and book the activity for a convenient date and have a great time.

How Do I Complete The Activity?
If you've got a gift experience with an activity your gift pack will contain all instructions on how you can use it and make bookings. There is no cost associated with this.

The experience vouchers are usually valid for a period of three to six months depending on the activity. In this time you can contact us to schedule the experience.

If you've booked for a particular date while ordering no further booking is required.
